Fitness Center

The Fitness Center provides comprehensive fitness and wellness opportunities designed to support the health, readiness, and resiliency of service members, families, and authorized patrons.

Facility amenities include strength and cardiovascular training equipment, a weight room, cardio area, aerobics room, racquetball court, wallyball court, and a two-sided court for basketball and volleyball activities. The Fitness Center also features a family fitness room that allows parents to exercise while children play in a supervised environment. Locker rooms are equipped with showers, lockers, and dry saunas for patron convenience and recovery.

Certified personal trainers are available to provide one-on-one fitness guidance and individualized workout support.

The Sports Program offers a wide variety of intramural leagues, Captain’s Cup competitions, tournaments, and recreational activities throughout the year. Sports offerings may include wallyball, ultimate frisbee, dodgeball, softball, flag football, racquetball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer.

The Fitness Center also hosts special events and wellness initiatives such as the Command Sports Challenge, quarterly 5K fun runs, and the Annual Navy Run 10K/5K, promoting physical fitness, unit camaraderie, and community engagement.

NOFFS Zone
Located outside the Fitness Center, the NOFFS Zone features a combat-style outdoor training area with functional fitness equipment and workout stations designed to support high-intensity and mission-focused training. Hours of operation vary seasonally. Personal trainers are available to assist patrons with workouts and equipment orientation.

Patron Eligibility
Authorized patrons include active duty service members, reservists on orders, retirees, military dependents, DoW employees, and eligible DoW contractors with a paid membership.

Eligible patrons may sponsor one guest per day for a $5 daily guest fee.
